Talent is everywhere in Ghana. Opportunity should be too. Our identification program takes TOPSKY scouts to every region — and every tryout is free.

How It Works

Four Steps to the Academy

Register

Complete the free registration form or register on-site on the day. Bring a birth certificate or Ghana Card for age verification.

Open Identification Day

Small-sided games and technical stations in front of TOPSKY scouts. Every player gets equal minutes — no favourites.

Invitational Trial

Selected players join a 2-week trial at the TOPSKY Training Centre, training with our academy squads.

Academy Offer

Successful players receive a full academy place — coaching, education, kit, meals, and medical care, funded by the foundation.

Register by email at academy@topskyfc.com with the player's full name, date of birth, position, and preferred venue — or simply show up 45 minutes early.

The TOPSKY Profile

Our scouts aren't only watching your first touch. We select players who show the four qualities every TOPSKY footballer shares:

Brave on the ball — wants it under pressure, takes players on.
Game intelligence — scans, decides early, plays forward.
Athletic upside — speed, agility, and room to grow.
Character — coachable, competitive, respectful to teammates and opponents.

Didn't get selected this time? Players can attend up to two identification days per season — many of our academy players were signed on their second look.
